We’ll confirm your date is open and send over our info guide with pricing, FAQs, and what to expect when working with us.

3. Let’s chat
We’ll hop on a call to talk through your vibe, your priorities, and the flowers that will bring your story to life.

4. Custom proposal
Next, we’ll create a curated look-book with design inspiration, color palettes, and a proposal tailored to your budget. Think of this as our starting point that we refine together.

5. Lock it in
When you’re ready, we’ll send your service agreement and deposit link to officially secure your date. Pop the bubbly- you just booked your florist!​

6. Design deep dive (about 3-4 months out)
This call we will go big on the details: flower choices, quantities, and setups.

7. Final details (about 1 month out)
We’ll run through timing, logistics, and any last tweaks. You’ll also receive your final invoice at this stage.

8. The big day
The part we love most—our team delivers, sets up, and brings your floral vision to life so you can stay fully present in your day.

Do you do events besides weddings?
Yes! We design florals for bridal showers, baby showers, holiday parties, and corporate events. We also offer pop-up floral bars, perfect for bachelorettes, girls’ nights, and more.

What's your booking minimum?
Our full-service weddings begin at $3,000. We also offer smaller à la carte packages for micro-weddings or couples who just need the essentials.

It starts with our inquiry form. From there, we’ll check availability, share our info guide, and schedule a consultation to learn more about your vision. You’ll then receive a custom look book before officially booking.

Do you travel outside of Rhode Island?
Absolutely. While we’re based in Rhode Island, we serve couples throughout New England. Travel fees apply depending on location.

What happens in our final meeting?
About a month before your wedding, we’ll confirm all the details—timelines, quantities, logistics, and any last-minute tweaks. This is when we’ll also provide your final invoice.
